A founding partner in the Best Places to Work program more than 10 years ago, Team PA still supports this initiative, which honors top employers and celebrates the employees who work for them.
This program is modeled after the Fortune list focusing on awarding and celebrating exceptional PA employers. The Best Places to Work initiative is more than just a survey, study or award program to identify the best places of employment in Pennsylvania.
Since a large percentage of the survey data is gleaned anonymously from the employees of each firm, the data becomes an invaluable qualification of business practices from the employee’s perspective. It also serves as a valuable marketing tool and a prominent display of the businesses enviable corporate climate. For a minimal entrance fee, businesses and organizations completing the review process save thousands of dollars in operating costs.
“This is the best organized press tour I have been on (in discussing the March 2010 Creative Services press tour). I have been on tours organized by U.S. State Department Foreign Press Center or PR companies, and this is the best organized one. I can't say enough nice things about all of you guys!”
