An offshoot of the Pennsylvania Young Professionals program, YouLead gives this demographic a voice in state legislative affairs.

In partnership with the Pennsylvania Senate, Team PA Foundation launched an initiative in 2009 called YouLead, which gives the 14,000-plus members of young professional groups across the state a voice in state legislative affairs.

The Foundation supported this initiative to ensure Pennsylvania is a leader in the 21st century by engaging young leaders in the policy-making arena, empowering them to have a greater say in making Pennsylvania a place they want to stay, and encouraging their entrepreneurial spirit to help keep young professionals firmly planted in the commonwealth.
