2019 PA Apprenticeship Summit – Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor registrations come with slots for two individual registrations. Please fill in the information for those two names in the form below while registering.


A block of rooms has been reserved at a rate of $169.00 per night. Online reservations can be made by clicking here. Guests who prefer to call to make reservations can call 855-729-3108 and ask for the room block for The Apprenticeship Summit at the Hershey Lodge, October 29-31, 2019.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds (minus a $25 administrative/processing fee) will be granted to registrants who cancel by email at info@teampa.com at least 20 business days prior to the event. (Cancellation notices must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 to receive a refund)

Refunds will not be provided to registrants who neither cancel nor attend the event. Confirmed registrants who are unable to attend the event may send a substitute in their place at no additional cost. Substitution information must be received (info@teampa.com) two full business days (Monday, October 28, 2019) before the start of the event.
