Launched in 2013, the Governor’s ImPAct Awards honored 50 companies across the state in five achievement categories: Community, Entrepreneur, Export, Jobs First (Jobs Creation) and Small Business. Team Pennsylvania co-sponsored these awards with DCED in order to recognize leading companies and entrepreneurs for the impact they were making in the Commonwealth. Nominations for each award were provided by the state’s regional economic development partners – the Partnerships for Regional Economic Performance (PREP) network. Each of the 10 PREP regions were eligible to submit up to five nominations per category.
The companies that were nominated and awarded are companies that are investing in Pennsylvania and are committed to creating jobs.
