Team Pennsylvania Welcomes Two New Staff Members
Chris Kelleher is Team Pennsylvania’s Manager of Economic Development Policy and Programs. He joined Team PA in March, bringing years of experience working on issues of public finance and tax incentives at the state level, including state budgets, Opportunity Zones, Neighborhood Development Areas, and Community Reinvestment Areas.
Before joining Team PA, Chris worked as a Research Associate and Analyst for the Ohio Legislative Service Commission, where he drafted legislation and conducted research for members of the Ohio General Assembly pertaining to economic and workforce development as well as fiscal policy. Prior to that, Chris obtained a doctorate from the University of Toronto in Canada, and holds an a master’s degree from the University of Colorado-Boulder, as well as a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Ohio.
Deborah Guida is Team Pennsylvania’s Administrative Assistant, also joining the staff in March. She recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bloomsburg University with her bachelor’s degree in Technical Leadership. Deborah supports every Team Pennsylvania meeting – coordinating calendars and travel arrangements, preparing presentations, and making sure things run smoothly – all the while maintaining the day-to-day operations of our Harrisburg office.
