In accordance with our Bylaws, the qualifications to be a Private Sector Board Director are as follows:

“Each Private Sector Director shall be the chairman, president or chief executive officer (or hold a position of significant executive status) of a corporation or other business entity, whether for profit or not-for-profit, in each case a principal place of business of which is located in the Commonwealth.”
