Team Pennsylvania Welcomes New Directors and Announces New Board Leadership

HARRISBURG – The Team Pennsylvania Foundation, a dynamic non-profit organization aimed at accelerating Pennsylvania’s economy, announced the newest additions to its Board of Directors. These appointments were formally approved during the annual meeting.
The new members are:
- Joe Dominguez, President & CEO, Constellation Energy
- Dr. Terry Gilliland, President & CEO, Geisinger Health System
- John W. Hawkins, Jr., President, Pennsylvania, FirstEnergy Corporation
- Sheila Ireland, President & CEO, OIC Philadelphia
- Neal Salerno, President, Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories, LLC
- Ulrich Schmidt, Principal Advisory, KPMG
- Dr. Baligh Yehia, President, Thomas Jefferson University Health System
Additionally, the board announced that it has welcomed the following legislative directors:
- Rep. Kyle Mullins (D-Lackawanna County)
- Rep. Kristin Marcell (R-Bucks County)

Team Pennsylvania is currently co-chaired by the sitting Governor and a private sector leader. Brian Jackson, chair of McNees Wallace & Nurick and the outgoing co-chair, will continue to serve on the board’s executive committee as chairman emeritus.
“It has been the utmost privilege to work with this board, as well as Abby and her team, in collaboration with leaders from across state government, business, labor, and higher education, to build a stronger foundation for greater investment,” said Brian Jackson. “I am thankful for the investment of time and resources all of Team Pennsylvania’s staff and partners have given to this incredible organization.”
The board also announced the election of a new private sector co-chair, Tiffany Wilson, President and CEO of the Science Center. “I’m honored to help lead and collaborate with such a thoughtful, dedicated, and diverse group of leaders,” said Tiffany Wilson. “The mission of Team PA is unparalleled, and I am eager to help shape its next chapter.”
As a nonpartisan public-private partnership, Team Pennsylvania’s Board of Directors is co-chaired by the sitting Governor and a private sector leader. Representatives from the public sector include leaders from all four caucuses of the Pennsylvania legislature and the secretaries from four agencies: the Pennsylvania Departments of Agriculture, Community & Economic Development, Education, and Labor & Industry. Representatives from the private sector include leaders of business and industry, academia, organized labor, and nonprofit organizations.
