Initiative Launch Event: Scaling Low-Carbon Concrete in Pennsylvania

Join Team Pennsylvania and the EFI Foundation in Harrisburg on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, for an in-person convening of the Low-Carbon Concrete Task Force as we formally launch this important initiative.

Building on the momentum of our inaugural workshop on low-carbon concrete last fall, this meeting will bring together public- and private-sector leaders, producers, researchers, and buyers to align on practical, near-term strategies for scaling low-carbon concrete in Pennsylvania. The session will focus on launching workstreams, engaging in tabletop exercises, and marking this milestone with an LOU signing as we work together to position Pennsylvania as a leader in the development and deployment of durable, low-carbon concrete technologies.
