Team Pennsylvania Welcomes New Board
HARRISBURG, Pa. — June 4, 2026 — The Team Pennsylvania Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to advancing Pennsylvania’s economy and growth through collaboration between the public and private sectors, today announced the newest members of its board of directors. All incoming members were approved at Team Pennsylvania’s annual meeting.
The new board members are:
- Anthony Badolato, U.S. Country Lead & Managing Director Clean Air – Americas, Johnson Matthey
- Jim Dever, Market President – Greater Philadelphia, Bank of America
- Dan Eggers, Senior Executive Vice President, Finance and Data Economy, Constellation
- Mike Innocenzo, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Exelon, and President and CEO, PECO
- Emily Mendell, Executive Director, PEWIN (Private Equity Women Investor Network)
- Jessica Shirley, Secretary, Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection
- Jim Snell, Business Manager, Steamfitters Local 420
“It is an honor to welcome this talented group to our board of directors,” said Abby Smith, president and CEO of Team Pennsylvania. “These leaders bring deep experience and unique perspectives from industries that are critical to Pennsylvania’s future. We are thankful to have each of them join us and help strengthen both our organization and the commonwealth.”
In addition, Team Pennsylvania announced that Ronn Cort, president of Dunmore, a global manufacturer headquartered in Bristol, Pennsylvania, will step into the role of vice chair of the board of directors, continuing his longstanding leadership and engagement with the organization.
“Team Pennsylvania brings together some of the smartest, most committed people I’ve worked with around issues that truly matter to the future of the commonwealth,” Cort said. “As someone who believes strong economies are ultimately built around people, relationships and opportunity, I’m excited to continue helping shape that work alongside leaders from across Pennsylvania.”
Team Pennsylvania is currently presided over jointly by Gov. Josh Shapiro as the public-sector co-chair and Tiffany Wilson, president and CEO of the Science Center, as the private-sector co-chair. They will continue in their roles as the new leadership joins the board.
