Team Pennsylvania Foundation Commitments
Team Pennsylvania’s commitment to this roadmap is rooted in our belief that leaders must work together to address the challenges and seize the opportunities that no single sector or entity can navigate alone. Our role is to put the roadmap into action by convening the partners best positioned to activate the work, making strategic connections, aligning resources, and identifying fundable solutions that drive long-term economic growth across the commonwealth.
What’s Next?
Activate Key Initiatives
Team Pennsylvania will prioritize actions that align with our role as a convener, connector, and catalyst for shared progress. Most immediately, we are:
- Advancing an AI scaling initiative for small and medium sized manufacturers;
- Conducting a statewide AI/Robotics value chain analysis, and
- Launching a nuclear initiative geared toward harnessing the full potential of advanced nuclear energy technologies and powering data centers.
We will encourage partners to pilot community engagement frameworks, including model zoning templates and community benefit agreements, ensuring growth that benefits host communities. While Pennsylvania’s all-of-the above energy approach will be shaped by industry and government, Team Pennsylvania will play an active role in amplifying these efforts, connecting stakeholders, and elevating opportunities where our collaborative model adds value .
Engage More Partners
Ensuring that Team Pennsylvania has a broad network of partners will be critical in delivering on the actions and strategies laid out in the roadmap, both to create additional capacity and to tap into the expertise and unique roles that other organizations play, from working directly with communities to creating policy to advancing new technologies. With this roadmap as a platform to connect with more organizations and stakeholders, we will focus on deepening partnerships with state-level organizations such as PSATS, PML, CCAP and the PA Chamber as well as expanding our Cross-Sector Collaboratives in energy, manufacturing, agriculture, and robotics & tech. More than just connecting people, Team Pennsylvania will also help steer federal, state, and industry efforts to maximize access to funding opportunities that ensure that Pennsylvania projects are positioned for success.
Listen, Learn, and Adapt
The roadmap is not a static product but a living framework. Team Pennsylvania will continue to collect feedback through surveys, discussions, and targeted outreach to industry, utilities, academia, and the public sector. We will maintain clear feedback loops to demonstrate how input informs updates and new initiatives. This iterative approach ensures that the roadmap reflects both statewide priorities and community-level realities. It also accounts for the fast-changing landscape of AI, where progress is being made on a daily basis that has implications for every component of this roadmap.
Measure What Matters
Transparency and accountability will be central to implementation. Serving as a neutral scorekeeper, Team Pennsylvania will help policymakers, businesses, and other entities understand where progress is being made and where new focus is required by tracking against the key metrics outlined in the strategic goals, highlighting case studies that show real-world impact, and elevating regional spotlights that demonstrate advancement of the roadmap. This approach ensures both measurable accountability and compelling examples that make progress tangible across the commonwealth.
