Team Pennsylvania invites our Board Members and Executive Leadership to join us for our 2025 Board Retreat at the iconic Hotel Hershey. This exclusive two-day gathering will provide an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and engage in strategic discussions that will shape the future of our organization.

- Thursday, October 16 – Garden Terrace West
- Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.
- Welcome Reception: 6:15 p.m.
- Dinner: 7:00 p.m.
- Friday, October 17th
- Breakfast: 8:00 a.m.
- Full-day Retreat Session: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Parking: Self-parking is complimentary and available onsite. Valet parking is complimentary for overnight hotel guests. Please allow extra time for parking and walking to the main entrance or the meeting space.
*Retreat attire is business casual.

This fee covers Team Pennsylvania’s costs, including retreat facilities, AV, professional facilitation, meals, and event management support. The fee does not include a hotel room, which may be booked separately below. Payment is required to complete registration.
