Pennsylvania stands at a pivotal moment in global energy transformation, the unprecedented expansion of data centers, and the rapid rise of artificial intelligence (AI). To capitalize on this opportunity, Team Pennsylvania — the Commonwealth’s nonpartisan, nonprofit partner dedicated to accelerating economic growth — released the 2025 Pennsylvania Energy, Data Centers, and Artificial Intelligence Roadmap.
