Team Pennsylvania, in collaboration with the EFI Foundation, hosted an all-day workshop on October 30, 2025 in Harrisburg focused on low-carbon cement and concrete activities in the country and how Pennsylvania can capitalize on the opportunities to drive more production to meet its climate and infrastructure goals. This event was invitation-only, intentionally limited to 40 individuals, to ensure a productive, leadership-level conversation.

This convening brought together experts, policymakers, and industry leaders to explore U.S. activities in low-carbon cement and concrete, while identifying the challenges and opportunities for scaling production and use of these fundamental commodities in Pennsylvania, and providing a clearer view of the pathways for accelerating Pennsylvania’s leadership in this sector.
Team Pennsylvania and the EFI Foundation valued your expertise and leadership.
